Return Policy
Merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days from ship date. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed to receive a refund or exchange. All returns or exchanges must include the laces, hanger, and the shoe box/bag. DO NOT use the shoe box as the shipping box! Your return will be processed within 2 business days of being received at our warehouse and refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement. You will receive a confirmation email to the email address used to set up your account as soon as we have processed your refund.
Closeouts or Products marked “Discontinued” (Gen I/II shoes) are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Procedures:
1. Please include the packing slip with a note as to the nature of the refund/exchange and, if you are doing an exchange, include a check for $9 to cover a portion of the return shipping to you. Make check out to Radsan's Inc.
